CHAPTER 1. THE KNOCK AT THE DOOR. It was the time of snowfall and I was sitting near to my window, looking outside while listening to the music. There I saw a puppy stuck into the snow. The moment I tried to walk I saw a boy helping him out. He cleared the snow from his fur then wrapped him into a shawl and took him away with himself. It was good to see that there are still people out there to help others. After that I went back into my novel. The day passed by, and I was going to fire some woods into the furnace to spend a warm night. I was done with my dinner and was sitting on my wheelchair, covered with a shawl and the novel into the hands and then someone knocked at my door and that knock changed everything in my life.
